In 1985 Edson Ferreira brings to Guarulhos´s market for human resources a new solution for short term services and tasks, which may be called temporary work, inaugurating Auxiliar Recursos Humanos.
At the beginning, Auxiliar Recursos Humanos was another large company subsidiary, but quickly becomes independent and specializes in temporary workforce in administrative and technical areas. Subsequently extended its services to human resources consulting and after five years of its inauguration highlighted among the leading companies for recruitment and selection of Sao Paulo urban area.
Born in Guarulhos city, Auxiliar Recursos Humanos has increased its market share, winning customers and making them more faithful throughout its history. Today the company operates all over Brazil. With 22 years of career, it has clients in its portfolio since its founding until the present day. In course of its life the company added knowledge, improved services, prepared its team and each day, is finding solutions to human resources with great excellence and always adding new products to market as: automation of processes, frequent internal training, business partnerships, affiliations and certifications, and new services for R & S, as companies outsourcing of workforce, consulting in recruitment of professionals from different industries and professional qualifications with application of psychological tests, internship and traineeship programs to companies willing to invest in young talents.
Auxiliar Recursos Humanos also provides domestic solutions to meet the household needs.
Our team of recruiters is prepared and has a support structure which allows them to perform individual interviews with candidates and in large contingent.
Auxiliar Recursos Humanos has rooms for application of psychological testing and evaluation of professionals, always in a quick and very dynamic way. The constant automation processes investments allow quick issuance of reports, opinions and assessments (selective processes) of the interviews.
Always at the forefront of the segment Auxiliar Recursos Humanos adjusts solutions for managing vacancies and processes, applying a system developed exclusively for human resources. This system was purchased through a partnership with Rhadar Tecnologia. The manager system allows clients to monitor their process of selection via the Internet, from the vacancy registration in the system until the completion of the process, where issued reports of the entire process of selection are included. All carefully elaborated by a board that has more than 20 years of experience in recruitment and selection, ensuring effectiveness in hiring, acting with speed, reliability, security and human quality.
The proof of all this know-how is the certification since 1998 under the ISO 9001 standards applied in all departments and being given by the company SGS, one of the most respected certifying companies of the country. In addition to the same criteria for the recognition of unions and associations, through constant awards for quality in services.

Auxilar Empregos has NBR ISO-9001/2000 in all departments. This certification is granted by the certifying company SMS / INMETRO (CAI459/2001) one of the best certifying companies known.

We are currently among the hundred largest Guarulhos companies, the first in Human Resources, according to the Austin Asis report, made in a partnership with Grupo Olho Vivo, through the publication Quem é Quem (Who's Who) in Guarulhos economy, dated of 2007.
